AFAP: Newest GI Bill Seen as Victory for Soldiers and Families

It becomes a reality August 1, 2009, and will offer all Soldiers with six years of service the opportunity to transfer unused Post 9/11 GI Bill benefits to their dependents......http://www.army.mil/-news/2009/04/16/19772-soldiers-newest-gi-bill-exceeds-tuition-assistance-also-benefits-dependents/index.html
